Terms & Conditions
Regular cleanings are for patients with healthy gum tissue.
15% off treatment must be completed within the calendar year of your plan and it excludes orthodontics
All services must be scheduled and completed before the plan year ends.
Your plan is not transferable, no refunds, no exceptions.
Additional family members can be added at any time and the plan end date is the same for all family members, regardless of when the plan begins.

For your convenience, memberships automatically renew annually.

Same Day Dental Emergency Treatment
In many cases, dentists can provide same-day dental emergency treatment to relieve pain and fix the problem. When you arrive at the office, we will assess your oral condition and determine which treatment option best fits your emergency. We may take x-rays to further determine the extent of damage or severity of your condition.

Dr. Yamini Gollapudi
Dr. Yamini Gollapudi is a dentist in Oak Point, TX with over a decade of experience. She is passionate about providing her patients with the highest quality dental care, and she believes that prevention is the best medicine. She takes the time to educate her patients about proper oral hygiene, and she is committed to providing them with a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Dr. Gollapudi earned her first dental degree in India, and she practiced there for a few years before moving to the United States. She attended the University of Southern California, where she completed an internship at a clinic dedicated to helping patients with special needs. She also had an internship at La Maestra Community Health Center in San Diego, where she gained experience working with patients from diverse backgrounds.
After graduation, Dr. Gollapudi moved to Texas to work as an associate dentist for 5 years before she founded Smiles365 Dental with the philosophy that dentistry should be more than just fixing teeth. It should also be about helping people and the local community achieve and maintain their overall health.
